[自創食譜]紅酒果香醉雞翼 (Chicken wings in Strawberry red wine sauce)



通少好介紹: 紅酒果香醉雞翼 (Chicken wings in Strawberry red wine sauce)
近這幾天都不斷落雨, 好煩呀, 我唔喜歡黑沉沉嘅天氣,
人覺得好無精神, 好無心機呀

今日哩個餸,
又用了楓樹糖漿, 它甜得來真的很香, 用來作汁真的很特別, 很好味道

紅酒加士多啤梨,
淨係顏色都已經贏晒, 味道當然一流啦, 簡單又易做,

材料 Ingredients
1- 雞翼12隻 (12 chicken wings)

2- 士多啤梨100克, 切粒 (100g of strawberry, diced)

3- 油2湯匙 (2 tbsp of oil)

4- 粟粉1湯匙 (1 tbsp corn starch)

醃料  Seasoning
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)
1- 雞粉1茶匙, 非必要 (1 tsp of chicken powder)

2- 鹽1 茶匙 (1 tsp salt)

3- 糖1 茶匙 (1 tsp sugar)

4- 水1湯匙 (1 tbsp of water)

5- 露絲瑪莉香草碎1 湯匙 (1 tbsp rosemary flake)

6- 黑椒粉1/2湯匙 (1/2 tbsp black pepper)

汁料 Sauce mixture
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 士多啤梨果醬2湯匙 (2 tbsp of strawberry jam)

楓樹糖漿或黃糖3湯匙 (3 tbsp of maple syrup or brown sugar)

紅酒200毫升 (200g of red wine)
做法 Steps

1- 先將雞翼切件, 用醃料醃過夜或1個小時, 再加粟粉撈勻備用, 同時將焗爐調至175 c (攝氏)預熱

2-將雞翼放上焗盤, 再平均每隻表面掃上油,  放入焗爐焗20-25分鐘或至全熟, 再差不多焗好前10分鐘, 用易潔鑊, 中火燒熱, 加入汁料煮滾, 轉細火炆煮5分鐘或至汁杰, 加入士多啤梨撈勻, 將焗好的雞翼上碟, 淋上汁料即可享用

1- Cut the wings into pieces.  Marinade the wings with marinade for overnight or at least 1 hour.  Mix in the corn starch.  Meanwhile, preheat the oven and set the temperature to 175 Celsius

2- Put the wings on the oven rack.  Brush each wings with the oil evenly.  Put it into the oven and grill for 20-25 minutes.  10 minutes before the chicken wings is done, heat the non-sticky pan over medium heat.  Add in the sauce mixture and bring it to boil.  Reduce the heat to small and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce is thicken.  Add in the diced strawberry and mix it well.  Put the wings on a dish and pour the sauce mixture on the top.  Serve it in hot.

貼士 Tips
1- 每人焗爐熱力都不一樣, 如果中途已開始燶, 可以蓋上錫紙再焗

2- 汁料中的紅酒煮過後已經沒有酒精, 可以放心吃用

3- 有骨的食材都需要時間去醃才能入味的, 最短都要用1個小時, 但最好還是醃過夜

1- If the wings over burn during grilling, cover it with aluminum foil.

2- Alcohol evaporates during simmering.  It is safe to eat.

3- Any meat with bone will need more time to marinade.  It is recommended to marinade it over night or minimum of 1 hour
