對我哩啲海外用戶嚟講, 真係非常難入到自己個blog呀, 我返工開始, 由9點click 到12點, 只有幾次係順暢啲之外, 基本上個page要load 成5分鐘先load 到

load 到都算啦, 但又要del 啲死唔斷氣嘅人渣廣告,

上次不眠皇子真係做到好呀, 將其中一個低能嘅反yahoo同宗教嘅blog 踢出yahoo, 雖然哩啲低能人士通常都大把時間開新blog再嚟騷擾大家, 但至少blog友之間能發揮合作精神, 團結一至對抗,

今日哩個餸我覺得好惹味呀, 就咁茄汁蝦球都好好味啦, 再加埋辣豆板醬, 辣辣地又甜甜地,

哩個餸唔難整, 蝦要乾淨唔腥, 去完殼就用生粉搽勻, 再用清水洗一至2次, 醃時記得落少少鹽去醃, 會爽口好多

個汁都好易整啦, 如果唔怕辣 (其實應該係要辣啲先啱), 最好加啲辣椒醬, 咁出嚟顏色會紅好多, 靚好多, 味道都會香口好多呢

加埋甜豆味道會清返一啲,

材料 Ingredients

1- 中蝦15-20隻, 去殼 (15-20 medium shrimps, shell removed)

2- 甜豆450克左右,  (450g of honey pea)

3- 蒜蓉1湯匙 (1 tbsp chopped garlic)

4- 中洋蔥1個, 去皮, 切絲 (1 medium onion, peeled, sliced)

汁料 Sauce
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 茄汁3湯匙 (3 tbsp of ketchup)

2- 糖1湯匙 (1 tbsp of sugar)

3- 辣豆板醬1湯匙 (1 tbsp of chili bean sauce)

4- 水1/4杯 (1/4 cup of water)

做法 Steps

1- 蝦先用生粉搽勻, 再用清水洗淨, 抹乾後, 再用1/2茶湯匙鹽, 胡椒粉, 生粉醃10分鐘備用, 同時甜頭切頭和尾, 去絲, 飛水2分鐘, 盛起備用(圖1), 然後快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 將蝦炒熟, 盛起備用

2- 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 先落蒜茸炒至金黃, 加入洋蔥加1/3茶匙鹽炒至軟身(圖3), 加入甜豆, 蝦和汁料兜勻煮熱(圖4), 上碟即成

1- Clean the shrimps with corn starch and rinse it under cold water.  Dry it and marinade it with 1/2 tsp of salt, white pepper and corn starch for 10 minutes.  Meanwhile, Remove the stem of the honey pea.  Blanch it for 2 minutes.  Drain it well and put it aside (fig.2).  Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat.  Stir fry the shrimps until done.  Put it aside.

2- Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat.  Stir fry garlic is golden and fragrant.  Stir fry the onion with 1/3 tsp of salt until soft (fig.3).  Stir in snow pea, shrimps with sauce mix and heat it through (fig.4).  Dish it up and serve it hot.

1- 甜豆的根包著整個甜豆, 切去頭尾部分會容易將它去除

1- The stem of honey pea is around the pea.  Remove the both end will help to remove the stem easily.
