今日天氣非常好呀, 終於都陽光普照呀, 成個夏天都好似春天咁, 又多雨, 又凍, 氣候真係變左好多呀, 不過涼涼地同多雨水都有好處, 因為可以開少啲冷氣, 又唔需要成日去淋水(草地要水),

哩幾日都仲係好累呀, 朝早唔想起身都算啦, 晚刻食完飯真係咩都唔想做就去瞓覺呀,

唔同懶蟲係夏天特別活躍?

實在係超懶呀, 所以今日哩個餸都係超簡單, 同超懶呀, 哈哈

懶還懶, 味道都唔算太差喎,

不過蒸野嘅餸, 記得醃肉時, 要落重手少少, 因為之後加埋啲水, 個汁嘅味道就係靠你醃料啲味道, 太淡的話, 食時可以要加點生抽先得

餸名叫百鳥歸巢真係有啲無里頭, 但係我覺得成碟餸真係好似一個雀巢咁呀, 就咁叫鳥巢又唔夠好聽, 所以叫百鳥歸巢啦

材料 Ingredients

1- 茶樹菇約200克, 浸軟, 去蒂 (200g Agrocybe aegerila, soaked, stemmed off)

2- 無皮雞扒6件, 切件 (6 boneless chicken fillet, cut into pieces)

3- 雲耳150g, 浸軟, 去蒂 (150g black fungus, soaked, stemmed off)

做法 Steps

1- 先將雞肉用基本野醃15分鐘, 將雞肉放於碟中央, 再用雲耳和茶樹菇圍好(圖1)

2- 快火蓋頂隔水蒸20分鐘 (圖2), 上碟即成

1-  Marinade the chicken with basic seasoning for 15 minutes.  Put the chicken in the middle of the dish.  Use the fungus and agrocybe surrounding the chicken(fig.1)

2- Steam the chicken over high heat for 20 minutes (fig.2).  Dish it up and serve it hot.
