食譜: 芥辣鮮魷 (Stir-fry calamari in wasabi sauce)

真係忙到停唔到手, 本來諗著考完試, 可以今日出食譜啦, 點知係公司真係忙到真係網都無時間上呀, 所以要等到係屋企, 先可以寫食譜

考試順順利利pass左啦, 好開心呀, 放下心頭大石呀, 讀左成個月, 個個星期日都特登抽時間去讀,

今日哩個餸真係好亂o黎, 不過味道我覺得都唔差呀, 哈哈

個意念來自日本章魚丸呀, 哈哈, 我懶, 但又想食,

至於wasabi, 唔好咁早落, 否則就會無晒味, 都煮好, 先加入去兜兩吓就ok啦, 會香而不辣, 如果屋企有紫菜淨的話,

材料 Ingredients

1- 魷魚筒2條 (2 calamari)

2- 蔥2條,去白, 切段 (2 green onion, stem off, cut into section)

3- 蒜蓉2湯匙 (2 tbsp minced garlic)

4- 青椒1個, 切絲 (1 green pepper, sliced)

5- 中洋蔥1個, 切件  (1 medium onion, cut into pieces)

汁料 Sauce
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 糖1湯匙 (1 tbsp of sugar)

2- 蛋黃醬2湯匙 (2 tbsp of mayonnaise) 
 tonytsang and kareny recipy

3- 白醋1/2茶匙 (1/2 tsp of white vinegar)

4- 饅魚醬2湯匙 (1 tbsp of unagi sauce)

5- 日本芥辣醬 1茶匙 (1 tsp of wasabi)
 

做法 Steps

1- 先將魷魚筒切半去骨, 戒花切件, 用醃蒜鹽(或鹽)和胡椒粉醃10分鐘備用, 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 放入魷魚炒熟(圖1), 盛起備用

2- 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 先炒香蒜蓉, 再加蔥, 洋蔥和1/3茶匙鹽炒軟 (圖2), 加入魷魚和汁料(除日本芥辣醬)兜勻(圖4), 熱透熄火, 再加入日本芥辣醬兜勻上碟
即成

1- Cut the Calamari in half.  Remove the soft bone and slice across the surface.  Cut it into pieces.  Marinade the calamari with some garlic salt (or salt) and white pepper for 10 minutes.  Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat.  Stir fry Calamari until done (fig.1).  Put it aside

2- Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat.  Stir fry the garlic until fragrant.  Stir fry the green onion and onion with 1/3 tsp of salt until soft (fig.2).  Stir in the calamari and sauce mix (expect the wasabi(fig.4).  Turn the heat off and stir in the wasabi.  Dish it up and serve it in hot.

    呵呵! 好耐都無第一啦、我都係忙到連上網都無時間、因為最近有新野做、加上有舊既、重邊有時間上網「玩」哩、不過我吾介意做多d野、當学野、経験係買吾到、要用時間去賺番黎既。 你讀一個月就Pass、讀書天才!
