食譜:白汁海鮮千層麵 (Seafood lasagna)

我個manager比人炒左呀, 雖然我好慶幸, 我唔係被裁員一個, 不過我老闆同我感情都唔算差, 佢一向都好撐我呀, 無左佢, 我有啲失落呀

我覺得唔夠特別, 所以改用白汁同海鮮, 結果無令我失望呀, 個效果真係好好呀

千層麵唔係難整, 最麻煩係個焗盤, 如果焗盤呎吋唔啱, 要舖千層麵舖得靚, 有一定難度, 好似我咁, 個盤太短, 所以凸晒出嚟, 唔靚仔,

個汁記得要煮杰啲, 唔好水汪汪咁, 咁舖起上嚟會易好多, 必要時要加啲生粉水整杰個汁

哩個餸如果大家鐘意芝士, 不況加多啲, 唔一定要跟我個份量, 越多越好味, 越靚仔呀,

材料 Ingredients

1- 千層麵6塊 (6 Lasagna noodle)

2- 雜豆1杯 (1 cup of assorted vegetable)

3- 蟹柳6條, 絲碎 (6 crab meat sticks, shredded)

4- 蝦10隻, 去殼 (10 shrimps, shell removed)

5- 中洋蔥1個, 去衣, 切粒 (1 medium onion, diced)

6- 車打/水牛芝士碎各2杯(1 cup of shredded cheddar/Mozzarella cheese)

7- 乾蘿勒碎1湯匙 (1 tbsp of dried basil)


調味料 Seasoning
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 忌簾磨菇湯1/2罐 (1/2 cane of cream mushroom)

2- 奶1/4杯 (1/4 cup of milk)

3- 水1/4杯 (1/4 cup of water)

4- 生粉水2湯匙 (2 tbsp of corn starch mixture)

5- 牛油2湯匙 (2 tbsp of butter) 

做法 Steps

1- 先將蝦用少許胡椒粉, 鹽醃20分鐘,快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 將蝦炒熟備用, 千層麵按照包裝指示煲好, 隔去水, 過冷河備用

2- 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 先加洋蔥和1茶匙鹽炒至軟身 (圖1), 再加入蝦和蟹柳炒勻(圖2), 加入雜豆炒兜勻(圖3), 再加入汁料煮滾

3- 焗盤中, 先舖下一半海鮮料, 再舖上3塊千層麵, 再舖一杯芝士, 再重復一次(圖4),放入已預熱的焗爐, 用華氏250度焗15分鐘或至金黃, 灑上蘿勒即可

1- Marinade the shrimps with some salt and pepper for 20 minutes.  Heat the pan with some oil over high heat (at least 1 tbsp of oil).  Stir fry the shrimps until done and put it aside.  Cook the lasagna according the package instruction.  Drain it and rinse with cold water.

2- Heat the pan with some oil over high heat (at least 1 tbsp of oil).  Stir fry the onion with 1 tsp of salt until soft (fig.1).  Stir in shrimps and crab meat and mix it well (fig.2).  Stir in assorted vegetable and mix it well.(fig.3).  Stir in sauce mix and heat through.

3- Spread half of the seafood in the bottom of a baking dish.  Cover 3 lasagna on the top.  Top with 1 cup of cheese.  Repeat the same step once (fig.4).  Bake it in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes or until golden with 250 Celsius.  Spread the basil and serve it in hot.
