食譜: 粟米雞絲 (Stir-fry chicken in sweet corn cream)

落雨天呀, 心情都麻麻呀, 成朝都無做到野, 係咁上網呀, 唔知大家有無買股票呢, 我希望你地無啦, 因為大家都知現在有股災啦, 美國睇嚟有排搞呀

今日哩個餸非常易整, 仲非常之好味道呀

材料簡單, 煮亦無難度, 唯一要注意嘅就係, 雞肉係落汁之前, 唔好煮得太熟, 否則好多時, 都會煮過頭, 邊左好鞋, 好老啦

通常, 你見雞肉表面轉左色, 就可以加汁, 雞肉之後煮煮吓就會熟, 煮得剛剛好的話,

雞肉應該好滑呀, 所以滑雞粥都係咁, 唔會一開始就係咁煮啲雞, 通常都係粥差唔多煲好, 先加雞入粥到煮到剛剛熟

個汁味道主要都係來自個罐頭湯啦, 但你加啲牛油同奶, 可以令佢更香, 更滑, 當然你唔喜歡, 可以唔加,

無咩所謂啦

要少啲汁, 要杰啲, 可以加少啲奶或水, 或加啲粟粉水都可以, 不過多啲汁撈飯好似好啲啦

1- 無皮雞扒6件, 切絲 (6 boneless chicken fillet, shredded)

 中洋蔥1個, 去衣, 切絲 (1 medium onion, peeled, shredded)

3- 急凍粟米1/2杯 (1/2 frozen corns)

 牛油1湯匙 (1 tbsp of butter)

 罐頭忌廉粟米1罐 (1 cane of Sweet corn cream style)

 水1/2杯 (1/2 cup of water)

4- 糖1/2茶匙 (1/2 tsp of sugar)tonytsang and kareny recipy

 鹽1茶匙 (1 tsp of salt)

 奶1/2杯 (1/2 cup of milk)

1- 先將雞肉用適量鹽, 糖, 白胡粉, 粟粉, 水, 和食油醃20分鐘

2- 
快火落油(1湯匙)起鑊, 先爆香洋蔥用半茶匙鹽炒至軟身, 再加雞肉炒至兩面轉色, 再加入粟米略炒(圖1)

3- 加入汁料, 汁料一滾蓋頂焗3分鐘(圖2), 
上碟即成

1- Marinade the chicken with some salt, sugar, white pepper, corn starch, water and oil for 20 minutes.

2- Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat.  Stir-fry the onion with 1/2 tsp of salt until soft.  Stir in chicken and fry until both side color changed.  Stir in corns and mix it well (fig.1).

3- Stir in the sauce mix and heat it through.  Once it is boiled, simmer it for about 3 minutes with closed lid (fig2).  Dish up and s
erve it in hottonytsang and kareny recipy

1- 雞肉加入汁料前不要得太熟, 否則煮完可能會過老

1- Don't cook the chicken to 100% done before adding the sauce mix.  Otherwise, it will be really easy to overcook at the end
