食譜: 茄醬排骨 (Pork ribs in tomato sauce)

今日全日都落雨呀, 真係好煩呀, 北面有啲地方開始落雪添啦, 今年咁早就有雪, 我諗, 今年凍天一定會落多雪啦, 真係有排煩呀

最近唔知大家發覺我個blog有啲改動呢, 首先, 我係首頁刪走左"基本野醃一醃"同埋"食材資料"哩兩個post, 我將佢地重新寫過, 放晒係新嘅分類"技巧分享-Share Experience" 同埋"食材資料-Ingredient Info", 而每篇新食譜, 係貼士個欄, 都會刊登有關資料

今日哩個餸真係超易整啦, 大家去超市買樽意大利粉醬就得啦, 成個餸成本勁低呀, 哈哈哈

排骨你可以出水或唔出水, 唔出水就記得要先煎封先再炆, 如果排骨買得好, 又唔係太大舊, 30分鐘應該炆好啦, 大家唔肯定的話, 可以先試一舊, 如果仲係好硬, 就炆多10分鐘啦

記得煮好就要快快手食啦, 唔好等得太耐,

意大利粉醬基本上唔需要調味, 不過保險少少,

1- 排骨1磅左右, 切件 (1 lbs of pork ribs, cut into pieces)

2- 中型洋蔥1個, 去衣切件 (1 medium onion, cut into pieces)

3- 蕃茄2個, 切件 (2 tomatoes, cut into pieces)

汁料 Sauce mix
份量自供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 意大利意粉醬汁1樽 (1 bottle of tomato spaghetti sauce)

 水1杯(1 cup of water)

 糖1/3茶匙 (1/3 tsp of sugar)

做法 Steps

先將排骨, 用基本野醃20分鐘備用

快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 將排骨煎至兩面金黃(圖1), 隔油備用, 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 洋蔥和1/2茶匙鹽炒軟, 加入蕃茄和排骨兜勻(圖2), 加入汁料煮滾, 轉中慢火, 蓋頂炆30-40分鐘, 開蓋試味, 兜勻上碟即成

1-  Marinade the ribs with basic seasoning for 20 minutes.

2- Heat the pan with some oil over high heat (at least 1 tbsp of oil).  Brown both sides of the ribs (fig.1).  Put it aside.  Heat the pan with some oil over high heat (at least 1 tbsp of oil).  Stir fry the onion with 1 tsp of salt until soft (fig.2).  Stir in tomato and the ribs, and mix it well (fig.2).  Stir in the sauce mix and heat through.  Once the sauce is boiled, turn to medium to low heat and simmer it for 30-40 minutes.  Adjust the taste accordingly.  Dish it up and serve it in hot.
