食譜: 榨菜雲耳炒豆角 (Stir-fry pork with green beans)

呵呵呵, 星期六, 天氣好, 心情靚, 一早食完野就拉左太太去shopping啦, 我通常只會去1-2間衫舖買衫呀, 不過好多店舖都減緊價,

今日哩個餸係唔係熟口熟面呢? 哈哈, 無錯, 又係榨菜, 又係碎肉, 不過唔係扒豆腐, 而係炒豆角

雖然材料改一改,

難度仍然無變, 超級簡單, 不過豆角記得先煮熟去炒, 因為生嘅豆角有少少毒素, 不過只要飛一飛水3-4分鐘, 就一定無問題啦, 唔好煮咁耐, 整到腍晒就唔好啦

正所謂: 榨菜雲耳炒豆角, 超級易煮好易學

1- 碎豬肉3/4磅 (3/4 lbs minced pork)

2- 蒜蓉1湯匙 (1 tbsp chopped garlic)

3- 西季豆(豆角)700克 (700 g of green bean)

4- 中型洋蔥1個, 切絲 (1 medium onion, peeled, sliced)

5- 雲耳10粒左右, 浸軟,  切絲 (10 small dried fungus, soaked, sliced)

6- 即食榨菜絲1包, 70g (1 bag of shredded preserved vegetable, 70g)

1- 1湯匙水 (1 tbsp of water)

 蠔油3湯匙 (3 tbsp oyster sauce)

糖1茶匙 (1 tsp sugar)

1- 四季豆先摘去頭和尾較硬的部份, 再切成半, 放入滾水中煮3-4分鐘左右(圖1), 隔水備用, 豬肉用基本野醃15分鐘 tonytsang and kareny recipy

2- 
快火落油起鑊, 爆香蒜蓉至金黃, 加洋蔥落少許鹽炒至軟身, 再加入豬肉鈔至全熟(圖2), 加入雲耳和榨菜炒1-2分鐘(圖3), 加入西季豆略炒一陣(圖4), 再加入汁料兜勻上碟即可

1- Trim the green bean (cut the ends of the beans) and cut into half.  Cook the green bean in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.  Drain and set aside (fig.1).  Marinade the minced pork with the basic seasoning for 15 minutes.

2- Heat the pan with some oil over high heat.  Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.  Add and saute the onion with some salt until soft.  Add pork and stir-fry until it is fully cooked (fig.2).  Add fungus, preserved veggie and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes (fig.3).  Add the cooked green bean and saute for 1-2 minutes (fig.4).  Stir in the sauce mix and heat through.  Dish up and serve in hot.tonytsang and kareny recipy
