CH: HP菠蘿炒牛肉 (Pineapple and beef in HP sauce)

多謝何師奶, 這個餸的靈感是來自她的 hp汁洋蔥骨

哈哈哈, 我就改左用番牛肉粒, HP汁配牛肉可以話係絕配, 本來HP汁就係用黎係牛扒嘅配汁, 我再加加菠蘿同紅椒, 令顏色上更豐富,

好多人叫我出親子食譜,

我覺得哩個餸就絕對可以算係一個親子食譜

酸酸甜甜, 顏色又靚, 一定適合小朋友胃口, 不過為左方便小朋友進食, 大家煮時可以將材料再切細粒一點, 包佢地食多幾碗飯呀

正所謂: HP菠蘿炒牛肉, 酸甜味道添食慾

真係唔錯, 好開胃

烹調時間: 40分鐘左右

材料
Ingredients:
1- 牛肉1磅左右, 切粒 (Beef 1 lbs, diced)
2- 蒜蓉1湯匙 (1 tbsp chopped garlic)
3- 中洋蔥1個, 去皮, 切件 (1 Medium onion, peeled, cut into pieces)
4- 罐頭菠蘿1罐, 切件 (Cane pineapple, cut into pieces)
5- 紅椒1個, 去核, 切件 (Red pepper, cut into pieces)

汁料
 Sauce:
1- HP汁(好味汁)4湯匙 (HP Sauce 4tbsp)
2- 罐頭菠蘿2湯匙 (Pineapple syrus 2 tbsp)
3- 糖適量 (a bit of sugar )

做法
Methods:

1- 牛肉用基本野(除了鹽)醃15分鐘, 先用半湯匙蒜蓉, 快火炒至7成熟, 盛起備用(圖1)
2- 快火落油起鑊, 炒香蒜蓉, 加入洋蔥用少去鹽炒至軟身, 加入紅椒略炒一陣(圖2)
3- 加入牛肉和汁料(圖3)快手兜勻, 熄火再加入菠蘿兜勻上碟(圖4)即可

1- Marinade the beef with usual spices (expect salt) for 15 min.  Stir-fry the beef with half tbsp of garlic until 70% done (Fig1).  Put it aside
2- Heat the pan with oil in high heat.  Stir-fry the garlic until brown.  Add the onion and stir-fry it with some salt until soft.  Add and stir-fry the red pepper (fig2)
3- Add the beef back to the pan and add the sauce (Fig3).  Mix it well.  Turn the heat off and add pineapple (Fig4).  Mix it well and put it on the dish.

:

1- 牛肉用糖先醃可以使肉質變腍
2- 牛肉不要落鹽, 講過了很多次啦
3- hp汁帶有酸性, 加入鑊內不要煮太耐, 以免失去酸味
4- 糖隨個人喜好加減, 好甜就多加, 好酸則減少
5- 菠蘿等生果不宜受熱去煮
6- HP汁還可以用來整中式牛柳 (<< 按下去瀏覽食譜)
